Application and Matching: Prospective mentees submit an application detailing their background, goals, and areas of interest.
Orientation and Goal Setting: Once the mentorship pairs are established, an orientation session is conducted to familiarize participants with the program guidelines and expectations.
Regular Meetings and Check-Ins: Mentees and mentors engage in regular meetings, either in person or virtually, to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Knowledge Sharing and Guidance: Mentors share their industry insights, experiences, and expertise with mentees, providing guidance on various aspects such as career planning, skill development, and overcoming obstacles.

Alumni
